These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wellness to Wealth website and your participation in any retreat, program, or service provided by Wellness to Wealth (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this website, joining a waitlist, submitting an application, or registering for a Wellness to Wealth retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of this site and refrain from registering for any of our offerings.
All content on this website, including written materials, branding, layouts, images, retreat descriptions, and educational frameworks, is the intellectual property of Wellness to Wealth and is protected by copyright and proprietary rights. You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, distribute, share, or adapt any of our content, frameworks, itineraries, retreat structure, vendor access, or intellectual property without written permission. Participation in a retreat or program does not grant permission to teach, sell, publish, replicate, or profit from any method, process, or information learned through Wellness to Wealth.
Retreat registration is confirmed only once the required deposit has been paid, all mandatory contracts have been signed, and you have received written confirmation from Wellness to Wealth. All deposits, partial payments, payment plan installments, and paid-in-full amounts are strictly non-refundable. You acknowledge and agree to this upon registration. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your card automatically on scheduled dates. Missed or failed payments may result in forfeiture of your retreat spot without refund, and outstanding balances may still be owed. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes, and you agree to resolve all concerns directly with Wellness to Wealth.
Participation in a Wellness to Wealth retreat involves international travel, transportation, exposure to clinical and recovery environments, group activities, walking, stairs, and immersive experiences. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, emotional stress, property loss, theft, travel interruptions, and changes to the itinerary. You understand that Wellness to Wealth is not responsible for transportation delays, flight cancellations, passport or visa issues, government regulations, weather disruption, or country-specific infrastructure challenges.
We may adjust the retreat itinerary at any time based on vendor availability, clinic operations, unforeseen circumstances, or safety considerations. You acknowledge that access to specific surgeons, clinics, vendors, or experiences is not guaranteed and is subject to change. Missed activities, schedule changes, or vendor-based limitations do not qualify for refunds or credits.
You are solely responsible for booking your flights, arriving on time, maintaining valid travel documents, and securing travel insurance if you desire cancellation protection or medical coverage while abroad. Wellness to Wealth is not responsible for incidents or injuries that occur during free time or personal outings. You understand that we have no duty of care outside scheduled retreat activities, transportation provided by us, or environments directly arranged by our team.
All educational content provided during the retreat is for professional development and informational purposes only. Wellness to Wealth does not provide medical training, clinical certification, or licensure. We make no guarantees of business outcomes, client results, income increases, or skill acquisition. You are responsible for operating within your professional scope and licensing regulations.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, violates confidentiality, endangers the group, or interferes with the retreat’s culture or operations. This includes but is not limited to: noncompliance with instructions, harassment, intoxication, aggressive behavior, inappropriate conduct in clinics or partner facilities, or attempting to negotiate, solicit, or privately book services with vendors or clinics outside retreat guidelines.
You may not film or photograph in restricted environments, share vendor contact details, disclose pricing or operational information, or publicly reveal any behind-the-scenes processes observed during the retreat without written approval. All conversations, experiences, materials, vendor access, and operational insight shared during the retreat are confidential. You agree not to replicate, teach, resell, or create competing retreats or educational experiences using any information, structure, or relationships provided through Wellness to Wealth.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness to Wealth, its team, contractors, partners, vendors, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the retreat or use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Wellness to Wealth for the specific retreat or program in question.
In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, airline interruptions, or any circumstance beyond our control (force majeure), Wellness to Wealth may reschedule, modify, or cancel the retreat. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed, and available remedies will be based on vendor recoverability and retreat expenses already incurred.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wellness to Wealth and supersede all prior verbal or written communications. If any clause is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, rather than through court proceedings.
By continuing to use this site and by completing retreat registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions described above.
